Shout out to Elizabeth Posey, OurTime crew, and the Hip Hop Association for putting me down on this wonderful youth project;) I’m excited to meet you guys, share the love, educate, and paint!

TOOFLY KIDROBOT DUNNY SERIES-5!
I got my Dunny’s in the mail today! It only took me 5 years to get down…I remember Kidrobot stepped up to all the graff ladies in o3′ at a near by coffee shop in Soho and invited us all to work on a Dunny. At the time we didn’t know what the whole vinyl phenomenon was about and most of us pretty much backed out because there was no pay involved and we didn’t know what to make of this funny looking figure with tall ears. I personally could not get around my character looking like a bunny or something. Anyway 5 years later! Series 5 comes about and I was like it’s now or never, let’s do it! So here you go you little crazy vinyl fans your very own Toofly Dunny!!! It’s been a long time coming:)
Prefer a signed and numbered Toofly version with stickers? here you go…

No commentsGRAFFITI JAM 8.28.08 - TACHLESS
Soooooo the official reason we flew all the way to Berlin was to rep, support women, and participate in the all female Catfight graffiti jam for We B*Girlz. At first I must admit I was a little dissapointed. Why would we come all the way to the other side of the world to paint on boards? After getting the dirt on the property owner who was being an ass and not giving permission to the organizers to rock the already graffed up walls with some new shit I “sighed”. I thought it would be a little different here but like in all places “graffiti art” is still not accepted for it’s direct connections to the destructive illegal markings of it’s roots. Anyway in the end Faith47 and Mickey lead the team and fought for the walls. Thank you ladies!!! We all jumped in cleaned up the weeds and dirt from beneath us and threw down our skills. This is what we came to here to represent…
LINEUP:Â TOOFLY (NY), SHIRO (Japan), FAITH47 (South-Africa), MADC (GER), MICKEY (NL), FANY (GER), HERA (GER), SPICE (Australia) , MASSACRE (Sweden), WINTER (Sweden), YEAH (Sweden), QGE (NOR), VENUS (Spain), POLITRIX (SE) , SIZTA (SE), NUMI (Spain), FLAI (Spain) , MALICIA (Spain), ALICE MIZRACHI (NY), F.LADY (NL), JOLIE (GER) and more…

After our weekend inspiration, tourist sessionz, and exploring the city we geared up for one of the most intense wall project we had scheduled during our trip. Project: Female mural collaboration on a HUGE ASS building for the community youth center called ARCHIV. Shout out to Monika who hooked us up with the paint, and all the energy filled yummy snacks full of cheeze and wholegrains. Damn I miss those tomatoes with mozzarella! craving them…Anyway this wall is hella freak’n awesome what can I say you got females from all different continents repping: South America, North America, Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, and Australia…this was pretty herstoric!
Most of the flicks are from our good friends JUST who’s an amazing photographer you can check out the original layout here: EKOSYSTEM and our culture’s legendary photographer Martha Cooper!

1 commentCASSIOPEIA 8.23.08
Saturday couldn’t have been a better day to paint. We headed over to the terrain where the Cassiopeia is located. I’m not really sure what this spot is called but it’s a huge urban playground for adults and grownup kids in the heart of Friedrichshain. The area has three to four different club locations, a burnt down building with mad graff, an exhibition venue, a huge indoor Skate Park, a beer garden and the highest climbing tower in Berlin. Seemed like this place was an abandoned dump but the folks there have been cleaning it up and keeping it funky. Love it when shit looks griddy…
I went all out on this one…surface was great, location was awesome, and the weather couldn’t have been better ..all we needed was some rice & beans for lunch!

Our first night out we attended the Hip Hop Ladies with Attitude exhibition at the TACHLESS. This has got to be the most tagged up building I’ve ever seen. This is def a griddy ass building…Catfight female graffiti portrait prints by F Lady looked dope!!! I got my Mickey joint to hang on my wall. Mickey I gotta get a signature next time your in NY! So I borrowed a few flicks from JUST from Ekosystem who’s flicks are mad official. Mine are a little dark and blurry:(

No commentsLOVE TO BE BACK IN NY!
Yay finally back home! OMG I feel like I have been away for months!!! So happy to be back in NY there’s just not place like it man. Berlin was an interesting city…”hardcore” and “rough”. A lot more graff there, than here. Puts us to shame:( Places and spaces are endless its no wonder it’s thriving on the streets. I enjoyed the huge ass blockbusters on the street and rooftops. Kind of resembled their environment a bit. “blocky” residential buildings that went on forever with hardly any space in between them. Forming huge WALLS carved out throughout the city like NY projects only european style, modern, and pretty. Yeo what was most odd was that I saw nooooo homeless or spanish people there? It was a lil weird and a bit uncomfortable at times but because we were rolling united nations style most of the time we were good;) The slow down pase was nice, bikes are everywhere, and their transportation system really smooth. Hardly no need to hop the metro! Here some flicks of our first days I’m backed up for days but will add more soon…
Walls and walls, and walls of buildings…
